The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) previously announced a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) which led to a recent FCC Report and Order regarding the 2.5 Ghz (EBS) spectrum. Information related to both the NPRM, the Report and Order, and its potential impact on the EBS Community are provided.
